Radioguide rental
The rental service is available in three different modes, designed to meet different needs:

One-day package, ideal for a single tour during the day;

Medium-term package, designed for tours of at least three consecutive days;

Long-term package, dedicated to tour operators and tour guides who wish to have the technical equipment at their disposal for extended periods, managing its use in complete autonomy
Radioguides are delivered by courier or in person by one of our representatives, depending on the customer's needs.
Types of in-person delivery
Radioguides can be delivered directly by one of our representatives in the following ways:
• At the accommodation: hotel, B&B, farmhouse or other accommodation where the group is staying.
• At the tour location: directly at the starting point of the activity, such as squares, museums, archaeological sites, etc.
• At previously agreed locations: such as railway stations, airports, city meeting points or other strategic locations.
• At the customer's headquarters: in the case of tour operators, agencies or guides with a permanent place of operation.
In the case of shipment, the material is sent to the specified address by tracked courier, and at the end of the rental period can be returned using the pre-filled return label.
We also handle customised deliveries and last-minute requests, guaranteeing maximum flexibility and organisational support, even in complex or time-critical situations.
