AleVoice only collects personal data for specific purposes.

7.Will my data be communicated to third parties or disclosed?
The personal data we process will not be disclosed to third parties. 
Your data will not be sold to anyone. 
However, on some occasions such data may be communicated to third parties in accordance with the processing purposes described above, including: 
a) Data Processors involved in the organisation of the Website (administrative staff; system administrators; lawyers; sales staff; etc.)
b) External parties, such as third party IT service providers, hosting providers and/or IT companies, also appointed as Data Processors by us pursuant to art. 28 GDPR.
c) Public or private entities required by law
We may share your data with competent authorities in order to comply with legal obligations; it is possible that, at the request of the judicial authority or the judicial police, we may have to disclose to them data relating to our customers. d) Parties who perform ancillary and instrumental tasks with respect to Alevoice's business
e) Delivery and logistics services, such as postal couriers, to whom the disclosure of Data is necessary to provide the service

8.Will my data be transferred to third countries?
Data processing takes place in Italy and countries of the European Union.
However, AleVoice uses some external providers, such as the Wix Hosting service, Aruba or Google.

Certain remote suppliers may process data on servers located in the European Union, United States, and other countries.
All our providers guarantee an adequate level of protection of personal data, in accordance with the European Commission's adequacy decisions.

9.How long will my data be kept?
We only retain personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with legal obligations.

Once the purposes have been achieved we will remove or delete the data, unless there are legal obligations that require longer retention.
Data for marketing purposes are retained until consent is revoked.
We constantly endeavour to take appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from manipulation, unauthorised access, loss or improper disclosure. Our priority is to ensure maximum confidentiality and data integrity.

  • Right to withdraw consent:

  • You have the right to withdraw your previously given consent at any time.  In this case, the lawfulness of processing carried out and based on the consent given prior to revocation shall not be affected (Based on: GDPR, Article 7, Paragraph 3).
